- Action Santé Travesti(e)s & Transsexuel(le)s du Québec (ASTT(e)Q)
ASTT(e)Q is a project of CACTUS Montréal whose main objective is to respond to the needs of trans people in terms of healthcare and social services. In addition to promoting mutual aid, empowerment and the involvement of individuals, ASTT(e)Q relies on outreach workers who intervene in the environments frequented by trans people.

Aide aux Trans du Québec (ATQ) supports trans, nonbinary, and questioning individuals. The organization's work contributes to demystifying transness, and its actions aim to enable gender-diverse people to participate increasingly fully and freely in their social, cultural, and economic lives.

Interligne is a front-line organization which, through its listening, intervention and awareness-raising services, contributes to the well-being of people that care about sexual and gender diversity.
- Divergenres
Divergenres is an intersectional feminist community organization, by and for binary and non-binary trans people, operating in the Capitale-Nationale region. Divergenres' mission is to educate the public about gender diversity, provide services to individuals questioning their gender or undergoing a transition, and offer welcoming and accessible spaces for trans people and their loved ones.
- TransESTRIE
TransEstrie’s main mission is to support the trans and non-binary communities of Estrie by creating services for them and by representing their interests to institutions, organizations and establishments in Estrie so that their services are adapted to trans and non-binary realities.
- TRANS - Mauricie/Centre-du-Québec
Trans MCdQ is an autonomous community organization with the mission of supporting and assisting trans, non-binary, and questioning individuals, as well as their loved ones, in order to break isolation, address their questions, and guide them through various transition processes. The organization promotes the uniqueness of each journey, respect for rights, and equitable access to essential services.

Uniphare is a community organization focused on sexual health, emotional well-being, and gender identity. Located in Rimouski, in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, its mission is to support, inform, raise awareness, and intervene in prevention and harm reduction.

Diversité 02 is a non-profit organization with the mission of intervening and supporting individuals affected by sexual diversity and the plurality of gender identities (SDPG), as well as raising awareness, informing, and educating the public about the realities of SDPG.

Sexual Diversity Coalition of Abitibi-Témiscamingue is a group of individuals and organizations aiming to make a difference for LGBT people in the region by offering support and training for anyone wishing to learn more.

Trans Outaouais is a non-profit organization that promotes the development of harmonious relations within the LGBTQIA2S+ community and the inclusion of gender-diverse people and all other intersections. Its main mission is to support members of the Outaouais transident community by offering services that promote dialogue and exchanges to break through isolation.

The LGBT+ Family Coalition is a community rights organization that aims for the social and legal recognition of families from sexual diversity and gender plurality.
- The Coalition of LGBTQ+ Youth Groups
The Coalition of LGBTQ+ Youth Groups is a forum for consultation between organizations that offer services to young lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans, queer and questioning young people. Its mission is to make the population aware of the challenges facing these young people, to create environments favourable to their development and to defend their rights.

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, interdisciplinary professional and educational organization devoted to transgender health. The organization's professional, supporting, and student members engage in academic research to develop evidence-based medicine and strive to promote a high quality of care for transsexual, transgender, and gender-nonconforming individuals internationally.

Pronouns.org is a practical resource dedicated to the empowering and inclusive use of personal pronouns in the English language. The website helps users understand why and how to use the pronouns someone goes by. In particular, it focuses on pronouns used to refer to a singular human in the third person.

The Trans Journalists Association’s Stylebook and Coverage Guide is a tool reporters, editors, and other journalists can use to improve news coverage of trans people and the stories that affect them.
- GLAAD
GLAAD is a non-profit organization focused on LGBTQ advocacy and cultural change. GLAAD works to ensure fair, accurate, and inclusive representation and creates national and local programs that advance LGBTQ acceptance. Serving as a storyteller, media force, resource, and advocate, GLAAD tackles tough issues and provokes dialogue so that authentic LGBTQ stories are seen, heard, and actualized.
